Academy for Parent Leadership & Engagement (APLE)

APLE Registration

To join the APLE network, each team member must register. Teams must consist of 3 members including at least one educator and at least one parent.

APLE LogoThe Academy consists of one orientation session and five one day sessions over the course of one academic year.

Participants are teams of 3 parents and teachers who have been identified as leaders of parent involvement efforts within their school community. Participants will enhance their skills so they may help other parents become true partners in the education of their children.

Every participant works in conjunction with their school community to create a leadership project to enhance student achievement and increase parent involvement.
